Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Mr. Arrison called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. at the Town Highway Garage. He noted this meeting is immediately following the site inspection which started at 6:00 p.m. Mr. Arrison read the notice of the Public Hearing to reclassify Town Highway 19, the so-called Upper Falls Road Extension.

Mr. Arrison said that he had one letter submitted in writing from a citizen who was concerned that the stone wall on the south side of the road would be disturbed.Â It was confirmed that it would not disturbed.

Mr. Litchfield said it is ok for Mr. Hazeltine to take whatever he needs for the hammerhead.Â Mr. Melen asked him if he would be willing to sign an easement, Mr. Litchfield said yes.

Mr. Melen asked how many house were past the point where we would maintain; it was noted that there are five existing structures.

Mrs. Daniels made the motion to reclassify Town Highway 19 from a Class IV road to a Class III road, the so-called Upper Falls Road Extension, from a point two-tenths of a mile northwest of the intersection with Town Highway 20, proceeding northwest a distance of one-tenth of a mile to the end.Â Mr. Cole seconded the motion.Â The motion carried unanimously.Â

Mrs. Daniels made the motion to adjourn.Â Mr. Cole seconded the motion, which passed without dissent.Â The Weathersfield Select Board meeting was adjourned at 6:53 p.m. on Monday September 17, 2007.

Approve by the Weathersfield Select Board December 6, 2007
