TOWN OF WEATHERSFIELD, VERMONT PLANNING COMMISSION Monday, January 19, 2009 Workshop Meeting I.    Roll Call: Commission members present were Peter Daniels, Bruce Cox, and deForest Bearse (Land Use Administrator). The audience member present was Jason Rasmussen. II.    Approval of Minutes: Meeting of October 27, 2008 and November 24, 2008 & December 22, 2008 The approval of the minutes was postponed to the meeting on February 23, 2009 due to lack of quorum. III.    Subdivision Regulations (Jason Rasmussen, SWCRPC) (a) Continue discussion of Roads, Access and Pedestrian Facilities The Commission will continue 370.8 until the Town Highway Standards are finished.  They were fine with sections 370.9 and 370.16.  They deleted 370.10, 370.11, and 370.12.  The Commission made minor corrections on 370.13, 370.14, and 370.15. (b) Dedication of Open Space and Common Land They will look at 380.1 later.  They had minor corrections on 380.2 and 380.3. (c) Disclosure of Subsequent Development Plans The Commission will keep 390. (d) Revisit administration, definitions, and original task list They would like definitions for open space and common land. IV.    Public Comment: There were none.
