TOWN OF WEATHERSFIELD, VERMONT PLANNING COMMISSION Monday, December 22, 2008 Workshop Meeting I.    Roll Call: Commission members present were Peter Daniels, Bruce Cox, and deForest Bearse (Land Use Administrator). The audience member present was Jason Rasmussen. II.    Approval of Minutes: Meeting of October 27, 2008 and November 24, 2008 The approval of minutes was postponed to the meeting on January 26, 2009 due to lack of quorum. III.    Subdivision Regulations (Jason Rasmussen, SWCRPC) (a) Continue discussion of stormwater management The Commission was fine with sections 360.1, 360.3 through 360.5.  The Commission will discuss 360.2 again. (b) Road standards deForest Bearse and Jason Rasmussen are working with Westley Hazeltine  on updating Town Highway Standards.  The Commission will wait till the Town Highway Standards are finalized to discuss sections 370.1, 370.2, and 370.5.  They were fine with sections 370.3, 370.4, and 370.6.  They made some minor changes to section 370.7.  IV.    Public Comment: There were none.
