I. Roll Call:
Commission members present were Bruce Cox, Peter Daniels, Ed Williams, Michael Todd, Gil Whittemore, and deForest Bearse (Land Use Administrator).

There were no audience members present.

Bruce Cox called the meeting to order at 7:00.

II. Review Meeting Agenda - additions, corrections
Peter Daniels mentioned that the Town Plan needs approval by the RPC. The Commission should request that the RPC review the Town Plan and conduct a hearing for approval.

III. Approval of Minutes: December 14, 2009
Ed Williams made a motion to approve the minutes of December 14, 2009 as corrected. Gil Whittemore seconded it. All were unanimous.

IV. Public Hearing:
None

V. Public Comment:

There were none.

VI. Other Business:
A. Public input event planning
The Commission discussed locations for the public input. They decided upon five locations near each hamlet. deForest Bearse asked the Commission to think about how they would like to conduct the events.

B. Community survey
The Commission discussed and made corrections to the draft survey. deForest Bearse will make corrections to the survey and e-mail it out to the Commission members.

C. Town Plan Revisions: Transportation

Ed Williams made a motion to adjourn at 8:50. Peter Daniels seconded it. All were unanimous to adjourn.
