I. Roll Call:
Commission members present were Bruce Cox, Peter Daniels, Ed Williams, Michael Todd, Gil Whittemore, Alan Hudson, John Broker Campbell, Julia Lloyd Wright (ex-officio), and deForest Bearse (Land Use Administrator).

Bruce Cox called the meeting to order at 7:00.
