DRAFT MINUTES

Introductions:

Commission members present were Michael Todd, Ed Williams, Alan Hudson, Gil Whittemore, John Broker Campbell, Julia Lloyd Wright (ex-officio), and deForest Bearse (Land Use Administrator).

The audience members present were Lisa and Chris Felion, Bonnie and Brad Litchfield, Edward May, Steven Mongeon, and Peter Korbet.

Acting Chairperson Ed Williams opened the meeting at 7:00.

I. Approval of Minutes: Meetings of October 18, 2010

Michael Todd made a motion to approve the minutes of October 18, 2010 at their next meeting on November 8, 2010. Gil Whittemore seconded it. All were unanimous.

II. Review Meeting Agenda - additions, corrections

There were none.

III. Public Hearings:
(A) Final Plat Review - plat #10.0710 by Brad and Bonnie Litchfield for subdivision of 21more or less acres at 254 Upper Falls Road Ext.
Ed Williams opened the hearing at 7:02. Steve Mongeon, Chris and Lisa Felion, Brad Litchfield, and deForest Bearse affirmed. The Commission had six recommendations from the meeting on September 27, 2010. The Commission members went over the plat #10.0710. Chris Felion, an abutter, stated that he has no problem with this subdivision. Michael Todd made a motion to accept this final plat #10.0710 with more or less 21 acres on 254 Upper Falls Ext. revision dated 10-6-10. Alan Hudson seconded it. All were unanimous.

Alan Hudson made a motion to close the hearing at 7:15. Michael Todd seconded it. All were unanimous.

Gil Whittemore made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:16 PM. Michael Todd seconded it. All were unanimous to adjourn.
