A public meeting before the Planning Commission of the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, February 14, 2011at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following application:

Sketch plan #01.1311 by Fire LLC for the subdivision of 50.88 acres of land on the north side of the junction of Beaver Pond and Gravelin Roads (parcel #04-03-03) into 3 lots. The parcel is located in the RRR3-5 zoning district.

The above sketch plan is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the above sketch plan may be filed in writing with the Planning Commission or at the meeting.
Participation in this local meeting is prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
