Mtgs of the Con Com shall be on the first Thursday of each month, 7:00 pm at Proctor Library, Ascutney, Vt.

Mtg called to order at 7:00 pm.
Minutes of the 12/4 meeting were inaccessable so have been resubmitted.

Invasive Species brochure was discussed. Chair Gary Pelton will revise it and submit it to this Commission for further discussion and approval.

Willis Wood updated the Con Com on history and current issues concerning the conservation of resources on the Fellows estate parcel. A motion was passed in support of continued Con Com effort on this matter. Mr. Wood will be a valuable source of information on possible funding sources and strategies for future conservation projects.

The Stover subdivision in Perkinsville was discussed. Members Tina Wood and Marybeth Reville walked the land. They found deer activity but no sign of actual deer yard. Bobcat tracks were identified.

Deforest Guertin will ask Melissa Snyder about accessability on the Town website of Con Com mtg minutes and other Con Com issues.
