Mtgs of the Con Com shall be on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00pm at the Proctor Library in Ascutney.
Members present: Tina Wood; Chris Harris ; Marybeth Reville; George Ainley, Secretary
Mtg called to order at 7:00 pm
Minutes of the Aug. 6 mtg were accepted as amended: to delete the date named for the next revision of the Town plan.
Proposed subdivision of property of Dorothy Whittemore on Upper Falls Rd was discussed. The proposed third parcel of the subdivision is not on prime agricultural soil. Since this mtg, deforest Bearse has informed the Con Com that no further site review by the Conservation Commission will be needed for this proposed change in previously reviewed subdivision application. The Planning Board will discuss this proposed subdivision on Aug 14.
Member Chris Harris reported on the site review of proposed outbuilding on the property of Ken Blum on Cooks Pond Rd. No further non-conformance in encroachment on the deer wintering area was determined.
Chris Harris will contact the Zoning Administrator concerning a request that April Harkness of the SWCRPC include bodies of water on the map titled Significant Natural Resources.
