Martin Memorial Hall Trustees 10-9-2008

Board of Trustees for the Martin Memorial Building Regular Meeting Minutes October 9th, 2008 Present:        Edith L. Stillson, Acting Chairperson             Marilyn T. Houghton Others Present:    Laurence J. Melen, Town Manager             Pauline R. Ellis     In the absence of Gary B. Cross, Acting Chairperson Stillson called the meeting of the Board of Trustees to order at 3:07 P.M. on Thursday, October 9th, 2008.     Mrs. Houghton made a motion to enter executive session for the purpose of appointing an employee.  Mrs. Stillson seconded the motion, which passed without dissent.  The Board entered executive session at 3:08 P.M..     Mrs. Stillson brought the Board out of executive session at 4:00 P.M..     Mrs. Houghton made a motion to retain Pauline R. Ellis to perform cleaning services at Martin Memorial Hall.  Mrs. Stillson seconded the motion, which passed without dissent.      Mrs. Houghton moved to adjourn.  Mrs. Stillson seconded the motion, which passed without dissent.     The Board of Trustees meeting was adjourned at 4:03 P.M. on October 9th, 2008.                     Respectfully submitted,                     Laurence J.
