Veterans Memorial Committee Meeting Minutes November 27, 2007 Committee Members Present: Chip Cobb Edith Stillson Fred Mellish deForest Bearse 1. Approve minutes from the last meeting: October 30, 2007 Edith Stillson motioned to approve the minutes of the October 30th meeting as presented. Fred Mellish seconded the motion and all were in favor. 2. Ownership of Perkinsville Green The Town Manager has asked the Town's attorney to have a title search done on the property known as the Perkinsville Green. No results have yet been produced. 3. Grants Attached is a letter received from Janko Mitric, Legislative Assistant to Bernie Sanders. Rep. Sanders office will contact Chip for additional information if needed. 4. Comments from attendees None. 5. Next meeting date selection The next meeting will be held on January 29, 2008 at 7:00 PM in the Town Office.
