(1) Approve minutes from the last meeting: October 25, 2011
Jeff Slade motioned to approve the minutes of the October 25th meeting as presented. Edith Stillson seconded the motion and all were in favour.
(2) Additions or corrections to the agenda
Add "approval of the annual report".
Chip has incorporated everyone's comments into the draft report. Lisa thought it would be nice to include a photo of Myrtle Baker. Edith Stillson motioned to approve the report as updated. Jeff Slade seconded the motion and all were in favour.
(3) Review 2011 Work Plan
The committee reviewed its goals for 2011. (See Attachment A)
(4) Additions and Corrections to the Roll of Honour
Several additions and corrections have been received since the Veterans Day dedication. It was decided that updates and corrections will be made annually, just prior to the Veterans Day ceremony. Jeff will find out how much it will cost.
(5) Educational Component
No further discussion on this topic.
(6) Expenses
There are $10,000 left in the grant for the educational component and $7,000 left in the agency fund. It was agreed that the committee will need to develop a budget for items such as the annual Memorial Day and Veterans Day ceremonies, lighting for the monument (if we decided to have it lit), annual updates to the Roll of Honour, etc.
(7) Meeting Schedule for next few months
The committee agreed to not meet in December and January.

The next meeting of the committee will be on February 28, 2012 at 6:30 PM at Martin Hall. Subjects to be discussed will include:
