Meeting called to order by president Robert Terracciano.

ARTICLE 1: Shall the voters of the Village of Perkinsville accept the reports of the Village €™s officers for the period from Jan. 1, 2007 through Dec. 31, 2007?

There was no Treasurer 's report available as the Treasurer, Jonathan Titcomb,   has failed to submit a report or to appear at a meeting for two years.

The Clerk, Dorothy Richardson, submitted a report, (attatched to these minutes), which was accepted as read.
The clerk reported that she still hasn 't received the Village Clerical records from the past clerk, Jonathan Titcomb.   A box of old miscellaneous records, some treasury records from the  €˜90 's etc. and other papers formerly in the possession of the past President Franke, were brought to the meeting by President Rob Terricciano and turned over to the clerk.   But these are not the old minutes and other records of the Village.

It was noted that the posted Warning at Downer 's Store was taken down 3 times by unknown person(s). Each time being replaced by an officer of the Village.   The management at the store denying the removal of the posted Warning.
