A public meeting before the Planning Commission of the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following application:

#01.1012 by F & L Ventures for the subdivision of 100.99 acres of land on the corner of Gravelin Road and Route 131 (parcel 04-02-41) into two lots. The land is located in the RRR 3-5 ans C10 zoning districts.

The above sketch plan is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the above sketch plan may be filed in writing with the Planning Commission or at the meeting.

Participation in this local meeting is prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
