NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

DATE: July 24, 2012                          

A public hearing before the Planning Commission for the Town of Weathersfield will be held at the Town Office in Ascutney on Monday, August 13, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following final plat:

#07.2312 by Helen Woychosky for the subdivision of 24.7 acres of land at 2008 Reservoir Road (parcel 12-00-04) into two lots. The property is located in the RR1 zoning district.

The above plat is available for inspection at the Town Office in Ascutney. Persons wishing to appeal and be heard may do so in person or be represented by an agent or attorney. Communications about the above plat may be filed in writing with the Commission or at the hearing. Participation in this hearing is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.
