Notice of Public Hearing        In accordance with the provisions of Title 24, Section 4415, of the Vermont Statutes Annotated, the Select Board for the Town of Weathersfield, Vermont, will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 24th day of July, 2008, at 7:00 o'clock, P.M., in the Town Office, 5259 U.S. Route 5, Ascutney, Vermont, to hear public comments on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Bylaws.        The proposed amendment is generally described as follows:        Statement of Purpose This amendment will modify the prohibition of development on protected agricultural soils and allow limited development with a conditional use permit or a permitted use permit depending upon the size of the mapped soil unit, the size of the lot, and the size of the proposed development. Geographic Areas Affected Any land in the Town of Weathersfield that has mapped, protected agricultural soils will be affected by this amendment. Sections Headings Section 6.10.7 Agricultural Zoning        Copies of the full text of the proposed amendment is available for review at the Weathersfield Town Offices and the Proctor Library in Ascutney, Vermont.        Persons wishing to be heard may do so in person, be represented by an agent, or may file written comments with the Board prior to the hearing.        Dated at Town of Weathersfield, Windsor County, State of Vermont, this 23rd day of June, 2008.                                        Patricia W. Daniels,                                        Board Clerk
