For Sale by BidThe Town of Weathersfield is selling a 1988 MACK R685T snowplow, fully equipped.
The truck has an EM6-237 engine, with a Maxitorque 5-speed transmission. Equipment includes a heated body, an EVEREST 5-yard body with a 7-yard gate [power up/power down], EVEREST power-tilt plow his, EVEREST 10-foot cable-type wing, and EVEREST 11-foot one-way plow. It is also equipped with a GLEDHILL drop sander and a NOVA 3 strobe light system.
Vehicle is in excellent condition and has had regular maintenance. It’s available for viewing at the Weathersfield Highway Garage, 483 Stoughton Pond Road, in Perkinsville, by appointment with the Highway Superintendent, telephone [802] 263-5272.
