CHRISTMAS FOR OUR TROOPS

Please support our troops by helping the Weathersfield Veterans Memorial Committee collect items to be shipped to Iraq The following items are needed: lip balm, sunscreen 30+, ziploc baggies, craft kits, playing cards, card games (uno etc), frisbees, disposable cameras, I-tune cards, phone cards, postage stamps, pens, writing paper, small photo frames, wrapped candy, small packs of handy wipes As we know, the Soldiers enjoy giving to the local children and/or schools in the area so for this we are looking for: pencils/colored pencils, sharpeners ,small sketch pads/notebooks, erasers, glue sticks, markers, small craft kits (jewelry/beads etc), match box cars, hand held etch-a-sketch type games, card games, small rubber balls Donations will be collected at the Chicken BBQ on Saturday October 11th at Martin Memorial Hall.
