WEATHERSFIELD CENTER ROAD

Addendum 

[released March 26, 2019]

  • Center Road is 27’720 feet long and 22’ wide. With the specs given we are asking for a quote of 5800 tons of mix. Quotes should be based off 5800 tons in place, so we get equal cost comparisons.
  • Optional plans such has milling and resurfacing the entire roadway instead of shimming and placing the topcoat can be submitted but should accompany the bid requested.

Clarification:

  • The hill just South of Route 131 should be milled to a depth of 1 ½ inches and the milled section should be replaced with a 1 1/2” of base, before a 1 1/2-inch topcoat is placed on top of that.
