Emergency Management

The Weathersfield Emergency Management Department assists in providing public education about hazards and disaster preparation, as well as overseeing the local shelter, and setting up and running the town’s Emergency Operations Center at Martin Memorial Hall during emergencies. Weathersfield's Emergency Management Director & Emergency Management Coordinator are also responsible for preparing the Local Hazard Mitigation Plan and, each year, the Local Emergency Management Plan.
