Attention: We continue to experience heavy rain and severe weather conditions. Upper falls covered bridge has been closed for safety reasons. VT-131 in Cavendish is closed from downers 4 corners all the way into cavendish. We opened an Emergency Operations Center at Martin Memorial Hall in Ascutney.
