The Reverend Dan Foster House will be open to the public on Saturdays from 12-4 from June to Labor Day or by appointment by calling 802-245-4793 or emailing deforestbearse@yahoo.com.

Samples of the museum's collection may also be viewed at the Weathersfield Proctor Library in Ascutney during their regular hours.
The purpose of the Society is to conduct historical, antiquarian, and charitable work and research and to find ways to make Weathersfielders and their descendants aware of their history; this includes the collection, acquisition, preservation, and exhibition of books, manuscripts, pamphlets, genealogical information, works of art, and other articles of historical, cultural, and antiquarian interest; the publication of books, periodicals, tracts and pamphlets devoted to or treating historical, antiquarian, and genealogical subjects.
