Date: Thursday, October 11 at 7:00 PM

The Weathersfield Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 11 at 7:00 PM in the Town Office/Martin Memorial Hall for the purpose of considering the following applications:

Theresa & Dennis White at 1375 Thrasher Road (Parcel# 050149.2) to seek conditional use permit to construct single-family dwelling with garage in Rural Residential (RR-1) district. Conditional use exclusively due to development within, or within 300 feet of, state designated deer wintering habitat.

At 6:00 PM a site visit at 1375 Thrasher Road will precede the 7:00 PM Public Hearing.

Doug Reed, Jr., d/b/a Mountain and Valley Logging and Excavating, Inc. at 1802 Plains Road (Parcels# 040222, 040223, 080114) to seek conditional use “other use” permit to continue existing firewood processing operation at location in Conservation (C-10) district. Additional ground for conditional use for development within, or within 300 feet of, state designated deer wintering habitat.

At 6:30 PM a site visit at 1802 Plains Road will precede the 7:00 PM Public Hearing.
