Date: Thursday, August 23 at 7:30 PM

The Weathersfield Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 23 at 7:30 PM in the Town Office/Martin Memorial Hall for the purpose of considering the following two applications:

1. Kai Mayberger at 554 Stoughton Pond Road (Parcel# 080101.4) to seek conditional use permit to construct a 2600 sq. ft. single-family dwelling and 1400 sq. ft. deck. Development to occur within state designated deer wintering habitat.

At 6:15 PM a site visit at 554 Stoughton Pond Road will precede the 7:30 PM Public Hearing.

2. Ronald E. & Sandra H. Brown at Grouse Lane (Parcel# 110204.6) to seek permit to construct a 1820 sq. ft. single-family dwelling and 756 sq. ft. garage. Hearing solely due to location within state designated rare/endangered species area (Northern Long-eared bats).

At 6:45 PM a site visit at Grouse Lane will precede the 7:30 PM Public Hearing.
