The Weathersfield Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet at 7:00 PM, Wednesday, 9 May 2018 to consider the following:
A. Public Hearings:

1. The first hearing will begin at 7:00 PM to consider the appeal of Weathersfield property owner, Fireside Recreation, LLC, filed by Ross and Phyllis Girard, with respect to the Notice of Violation regarding the Running Bear Campground property, Parcel # 060010, that was issued on 2 March, 2018, by the Land Use Administrator. Such appeal is taken pursuant to 24 VSA, Chapter 117, §§ 4465, 4466, and 4468.

2. The Second hearing will be held directly following the close of the first hearing. The Second hearing is to consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the placement of a preconstructed structure at the Weathersfield Transfer Station, Parcel #030210, which is in the flood plain, in accordance with the Weathersfield Zoning Bylaw, Section 6.20.

Information concerning these matters is available for inspection at the Town Office, 5259 Route 5 in Ascutney, from 7:30 AM through 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday or by contacting the Town Manager at townmanager@weathersfield.org.
Persons wishing to appear and be heard regarding these matters may do so in person or be represented by another party and/or submit written testimony.
An interested person who has participated in a municipal regulatory proceeding may appeal a decision rendered in that proceeding to the Vermont Environmental Court. Participation in a local regulatory proceeding shall consist of offering, through oral or written testimony, evidence or a statement of concern related to the subject of the proceeding.
