The Weathersfield Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold two public hearings on Wednesday, 25 April at 7:00PM in the town office /Martin Memorial Hall for the purpose of considering a variance requests from:

1. Shane Selmer at 1051 Victory Drive (Parcel# 050220) to construct a garage that will be within the frontline setback in the RR1 Zoning District.
At 6:30 a site visit at 1051 Victory Drive will precede the 7:00 PM Public Hearing.

2. Daniels Construction at 4434 US Route 5 (Parcel# 100002 ) to construct an addition that will be within the frontline setback in the Industrial Zoning District. This hearing will immediately follow the Shane Selmer Variance hearing.
At approximatley 6:45 a site visit at 4434 US Route 5 will precede the 7:00 PM Public Hearings.
